Visionary Magic - or keeping your magical scales balanced

Hi all,

okay, this is clearly off topic for this forum. Yet some of the points and techniques discussed on these pages naturally make magic seem very one-sided or imbalanced...

For all the folks who are somewhat at the beginning of their magical journey I want to highlight that there are also completely different forms of magic. You don't have to chose between evocation magic, wicca or shamanism only. To me the great thing about visionary magic is that you get to work with the same spirits as in many of the above traditions - yet instead of calling them into your circle you go out to where they live... Often this can result in much more straight-forward yet deeply powerful results.

To give you two examples let me share the recent reports of my work to contribute to healing the land. I could have never achieved this by use of evocation magic.

This is something I would be very interested in doing I'm sort of headed in that direction anyway since I do some astral travel, do you know of any good books on visionary magic?

There are groups working in such ideas with meditations, shamanic works, etc.

But I found very interesting the approach of this.

It is like using ceremonial magic to go deeper into the nature.

This brings many inspirations to do.
